Spine Align t/a Southern Edge Marketing prides itself on providing quality products and a high standard of service to its customers. All orders and purchases made through this store are subject to the Terms and Conditions outlined below.

Shipping and Handling
All orders are dispatched as soon as possible, subject to availability. Any order placed after 12pm Noon on a working day, must be assumed will only be sent the following day. All orders are generally sent at 12pm Noon, Monday to Friday. All orders placed on the weekend will be sent out that coming Monday. Any shipping charges are a guide only, and are subject to change at the discretion of the nominated courier or shipping company. Charges do not take into account any bulk discounts or lodgements. Shipping companies assess charges for parcels according to their actual or cubic weight equivalent, whichever is greater. Weights are rounded up to the nearest kilogram in all calculations. Dimension restrictions apply to all parcels, including maximum length and girth.
If products are not available at time of order you will be notified via email and given the option of back ordering or having the amount charged to your credit card refunded. Standard domestic and international shipping and handling fees may apply. Shipping charges may be determined by packing size, weight and delivery location.
Payment by MasterCard or Visa via a nominated online payment gateway only.
Every care is taken to ensure your products are dispatched in perfect condition. Please contact Spine Align t/a Southern Edge Marketing within 48 hours of receiving goods which are damaged or faulty. Defective items will be replaced. HBC Solutions will not process refunds for incorrect purchase or change of mind. All refund requests need to be made in writing and will fall under the money-back guarantee time frame.
All products on Spine Align t/a Southern Edge Marketing fall under a 30 day money-back guarantee. If the customer is not happy with the results of any of the products purchased or feels that a product is faulty or not performing the way it should it may be returned or refunded under the 30 day money-back guarantee. The item is able to be returned and replaced free of charge by HBC Solutions or a full refund will be issued to the same account that the purchase was made from by written consent of the purchaser.
